We endeavor to present our mystical artifacts as accurately as possible through images and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will precisely represent the colors, textures, or details of our products. Minor variations may occur between the digital representation and the physical item you receive.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our artifacts. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of the product, errors in the product description or price, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Methods

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Sales Tax

Where required by law, we will collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to relevant jurisdictions.

Once your offering (order) is received and sanctified, our coven dedicates 1-2 days to prepare it for its journey to you. We then dispatch it via one of the following sacred paths:

Standard Carriage (DHL or FedEx)

A toll of 12.95 silver pieces is required. Your artifact shall complete its journey within 10-15 days of its dispatch.

Ethereal Passage (EMS – Free for orders over 50)

For orders of significant value, we offer a complimentary passage. Your artifact will traverse the realms to reach you within 15-25 days of its dispatch.

Note: Journeys to the distant lands of Asia and certain remote enclaves may be fraught with unforeseen delays or are, regrettably, beyond our current reach.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

For orders outside the United States, you are responsible for:

• Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country
• Complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country
• Providing accurate and complete shipping information

We currently do not ship to Asia and certain remote regions as noted in our shipping policy.

Should an artifact fail to bind itself to your essence, you may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of its arrival. The ritual must be observed precisely:

Step-by-Step Conjuration

1. Summon Our Support Coven: Within the 15-day covenant, send a raven (email) to [email protected]. The subject must be “Return/Exchange Request”. Within its body, you must inscribe your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Our Guidance: Our coven will respond with a sacred sigil—a Return Authorization Number (RAN)—and precise instructions for the artifact’s return voyage.
3. Dispatch the Artifact: Secure the item in its original vessel (packaging), with all its talismans (tags) intact. Inscribe the RAN upon the package and send it to our sanctum: Bloody Rose Boutique, 2026 Brooklyn Street, Roseburg, US 97470.
4. Awitch Our Review: Upon receipt, we will scrutinize the artifact. You will then be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Forbidden Artifacts (Non-Returnable Items)

To preserve the sanctity and hygiene of certain mystical items, we cannot accept their return once their seal has been broken or their essence has been mingled with another. These forbidden artifacts are:

• Body Decorations: Temporary tattoos, body jewelry that has been unsealed.
• Earrings: For the protection of our kindred’s health and safety, unless they are found to be defective.
• Incense and Candles: Once their scent has been released to the air or their wax has been melted.
• Cards/Greeting Cards: For they are often personalized and their magic is perishable.

Refund of Silver Pieces

Once your return is sanctified, the silver pieces will be returned to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days. Please note, the initial toll paid for the artifact’s journey (shipping cost) is non-refundable.

For exchanges, we shall bear the cost of the standard passage for the new artifact.

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Bloody Rose Boutique or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The name “Bloody Rose Boutique” and related graphics, logos, and service names are trademarks of our coven. These trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the site without express written permission from us.

In your interactions with our digital sanctum, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Post or transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise objectionable

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
